Gregory House
We took this property on from a landlord who had previously leased it to a serviced accommodation provider. He liked the model, but when their contract ended, the house was left in poor condition and clearly not being looked after properly.
We agreed a short two-year term and got to work.
There was a leak in the conservatory, smoker stains in one of the bedrooms, and the living room felt bare and tired. It had also been used for parties, which didn’t help. To be fair, some of the other rooms were in good shape, and we were confident we’d identified the source of the leak.
We stripped out the conservatory flooring, fixed the leak properly and sealed everything to prevent future moisture issues. In the living room, we filled and smoothed the walls before bringing in professional decorators to give it a clean, fresh finish. The kitchen already had a good base, so we elevated it – subtle improvements, sharper presentation, higher standard.
Once complete, we repositioned the property and began marketing it to building contractors requiring longer stays. It’s now regularly booked for one to three months at a time, which suits the property and the landlord far better than short party-style lets ever did.

“The first deal he showed me didn’t quite fit what I was looking for, but he quickly found me another one that was much better suited. It was packaged well and had lots of due diligence already done. Everything was clean and easy to follow….
… I’d defiently recommend Jordan to anyone looking for future deals. I know i will be working with him again.

With this property, the walls were in a bad state of disrepair, this was a quick flip for a client, get in below market value, touch up, and get out. We sanded back the walls and stipped the paint from all surfaces – walls, boards, doors, everywhere – using filler to smooth it out and professional painters to clean and beautify it. We used 20kg of filler by the end of the project, the walls needed a lot of work. We then replaced the picture of a fireplace and themed the apartment with new furniture and a matching style.
